our summer is over...

Summer is definitely over in the mountains. The aspen leaves are just about ready to peak and temperatures, even though the weekend was warm, are starting to drop. We came back from Florida to savor this last week in the mountains and enjoy a little fall. We start our drive south a week from today. Arriving back here from Florida I have such mixed feelings about leaving our little mountain town for the winter. It is a very special place. I have decided to just enjoy our last bit of time here, and relish the memories of the amazing summer we had.
